The Stage Neck Inn during November is a wonderful place to be. Highly recommended any time of the year, but especially in the fall.

Nubble Lighthouse (A.K.A. Cape Neddick Lighthouse)

Nubble Light on Cape Neddick just outside of Ogunquit, Maine, is my favorite light house in the entire world, and I've seen a lot of them. The lighthouse, also known as the Cape Neddick lighthouse, was built in 1879. This is one of the most photographed places in New England (along with Motif One in Rockport).

Not very many people know that Calgary has a space needle, here captured with the sun glowing behind a nearby building.

This was a tricky shot to pull off because of the light, and because I had no tripod. The picture here is the pick of the litter of about 12 attempts to get it right.

Lake Louise near Banf in Canada

Knee deep in flowers, I managed to get this shot of the hotel and part of the glacier at Lake Louise. The lake is covered by the flowers, but then again everyone takes pictures of the lake.

Refreshing Summer

This is a picture of a father pitching a ball to his son, seen from the perspective of the refreshing reward awaiting.
